The Lipeles Family Auditorium is waiting to be transformed into your special event. As our largest rental it can seat up to 300 guests with ease. Choose to have us set up with the whole event or bring your own extras! Bring your own licensed bartender or caterer! Standard Evening Rental:

  • Rates (25% off members, 30% off non-profits)
    • Friday: $2,500
    • Saturday: $4,000
    • Sunday: $3,000
  • Refundable Deposit: $600
  • Set-up Time: 8am - 4pm (Sat & Sun), 12pm – 4pm (Fri)
  • Event Run Time: 4pm - 11pm
  • Clean-up Time: 11pm - 12am
  • Includes:
    • 4 Security Guards
    • Tables and chairs
    • Dance Floor
  • Add-ons:
    • Stage: $100
    • Linens:
    • Kitchen: $200
    • Courtyard: $200
    • Additional hours: $350/hour (2 hours max)
    • Early Setup: $500

  • 4 hours during normal business hours
