Gesher (21-40s)
Gesher is a diverse, inclusive group of Jewish adults in Long Beach, California, in our 20s, 30s, and 40s. Promoting activities that engage mind, body, and soul, we foster strong social networks and provide high-quality programs that meet the needs of our unique community.
Get active with a hike or yoga class, let loose at a game or bowling night, or get spiritual at one of our shared Shabbat dinners. However you choose to participate, Gesher is here to welcome and connect you to Jewish Long Beach!
Have an idea for a new Gesher event? Let us know! We’re always open to new ideas.
Mission: To bridge young adults to the local Jewish scene by providing strong social networks and high-quality programs that meet the needs of our diverse community. We offer a welcoming, fun, and inclusive group for Jewish young adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s. We strive to help foster meaningful relationships and build a stronger Jewish community.
GesherCity and GesherNext are Alpert Jewish Community Center programs. They are sponsored in part by the Jewish Federation of Long Beach and Greater Orange County.
