Benefits of Martial Arts Training
Youth Martial Arts
Our youth class lets students test their limits by putting together combinations and sparring with other students and the instructor. Kids will also learn some ground fighting techniques.
Kids learn to listen better, respond better and study better. This class lets kids mix it up, sparring under a controlled environment and the supervision of Sensei Mac. Speed, power and coordination either through kickboxing or jiu jitsu are helpful in this class. For all levels of students.
Mixed Martial Arts/Self Defense
Mixed Martial Arts is for pre-teens, teens, and adults. This class will challenge students in every way -- mentally, physically and psychologically.Your "A" game is a requirement. However, beginners are welcome. Contact Sensei Mac at (562) 688-9994 if you have any questions.
A combination class of jiu jitsu, judo and combat wrestling, students learn chokes, bars, triangles and how to defend themselves when the fight goes to the ground. Students also learn how to get out of bad situations including chokes and headlocks, and how to get an attacker off of you.
