This brand-new Alpert JCC Summer Fitness Series is a collection of drop-in classes open to both Members and Non-Members! Explore new class offerings, like our Aqua Strength series, or enjoy longer versions of one of our classics, like Qigong/Tai Chi.

Don’t have time for a workout during your busy week? Try one of our convenient Saturday classes! From Vinyasa Yoga to HIIT, Aqua Strength to Country Western Dancing, this summer, there’s something for everyone!

SUMMER FITNESS SERIES - JUNE CLASS SCHEDULE

EXTREME SPINNING
SATURDAY, JUNE 15, 9 AM–10:30 AM

Start the weekend off the right way with this 90min. Spin Class. On this challenging, exhilarating ride you will be sprinting, accelerating, and pushing to get to the finish line.

AQUA STRENGTH
SATURDAY, JUNE 22, 8 AM–9 AM

This class is geared towards those who are
athletes, tri-athletes, police, swat, fire, military, those who are training for long endurance events and anyone who needs to be challenged within their peak performance and personal best. Our group training program will contribute to building and maintaining:
• Increased strength, power, and endurance
• Explosive speed and agility
• Building lung capacity and perfecting form
• Resistance training
This class will be returning throughout the summer!

COUNTRY WESTERN DANCING
SATURDAY, JUNE 22, 2 PM–5 PM

Learn the line dance basics, partner Two-Step
dance basics, and the Cowboy Cha Cha to get
you started out on the dance floor! Great for
beginners or as a refresher course. You do not
have to bring your own partner.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA
SATURDAY, JUNE 29, 9 AM–10:30 AM

Vinyasa allows for a great amount of variety in a yoga practice while building off of a foundation of sun salutations. Expect to move energetically from pose to pose in this amazing practice!

QIGONG/TAI CHI
SUNDAY, JUNE 30, 11:30 AM–1:30 PM

You will gradually learn to bring the outer strength
in and the inner strength out, by awakening,
cultivating, and directing your own energy.
